Accessibility at the University of Galway

This is a work-in-progress site, designed to showcase projects that make the University of Galway campus and our digital environment more accessible for students, staff and the general public.

As elaborated upon in QA182 Universal Design and Accessibility Policy the University of Galway is committed to addressing Universal Design and accessibility in so far as institutional capacity and resources allow in order to make services, information provision, buildings, teaching and learning and visitor experience accessible and inclusive for all regardless of age, size or ability.

We expect to launch the site formally in early 2024.
