Space Management Requests

Space is a valuable asset; all space is controlled by the University and is allocated on the basis of demonstrable need, taking into account strategic priorities. Space allocation and processes will be clear, fair, transparent and inclusive.

Once you have submitted this form, it will be assessed by the Buildings & Estates Space Group who will respond to you in due course. 

For office moves, a minimum of two week's notice of moves must be given by Move Co-Ordinator to all service providers (Buildings & Estates and Information ). Service schedules can fill up weeks in advance, the Move Co-Ordinator will endeavour to schedule your move as promptly as possible.
